Amrosi D. Bansao was educated at the Bulacan State University where he obtained his Doctorate degree in Public Administration in June 1, 2013. He earned his Master’s degree in Public Administration from Mindanao State University in 2004 and Bachelor of laws at the University of the East in 1996. He also finished his Bachelor of Arts at Saint Michael’s College in 1984. He has written two books entitled “Politics and Governance with the postulate of the 1987 Constitution” and “The Corporation Code of the Philippines” (Batas Pambansa Blg. 68, 2013 edition). Dr. Bansao was the Guest Speaker during the State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Rodrigo R. Duterte at Channel 36 (CLTV36), Jose Abad Santos Avenue, San Fernando City, Pampanga, last July 25, 2016. He was also a Resource Person for Gender Awareness, Human Rights at Bulacan State University, Hiyas Convention Center, Malolos City, in August 10, 2015.
